Sentire Cum Ecclesia began years ago back when blogs were the latest thing. They are a bit passe now, and I spend most of my time on twitter (@scecclesia) but from time to time, I do add new things on this ‘ere website. Mostly I use it as a place for journaling about my Pilgrimage experiences.

We were there!
We’ve just waved the Holy Father’s plane goodbye from the window of our Homestay in Vaucluse, and it will soon be our turn to bid farewell to Sydney and return home from our pilgrimage. More details later, but just to prove that we were here and we saw him:

I hope that your back and neck are better now.
Lucky you to get so close! He looked like a small, white dot from where I was.
Yeah, from where we were too, Louise. But I sneaked through a couple of barriers to get to the track! After taking this picture, I was able to return to the spot where Cathy and the kids were and grab the children and run them to another spot on the track where they too got a close up glimpse. It made WYD for them!
Ah, see, that’s where I went wrong. I hate moving!
