You might also like to take a look at the Greek shotgun cleebration of Pascha (actually filmed in Melbourne. It reminds me fo the Holy Hand Grenade fo Antioch. Things fire up about 1 min 10 sec into the clip:
They put the accent in the wrong place for yia yia – how sloppy.
The shotgun thing is not traditional.
The shotgun is not part of the Tradition, but my Greek friends tell me that it is not unheard of in some villages in Greece.
